On making addition to the list of the Countries-Users of the Scheme of Preferences in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 13 September 1994 number 1057

The Government of the Russian Federation enacts:

1. Include the Republic of South Africa into the list of the countries-users of the Scheme of Preferences in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 13 September1994, No 1057 “On Approval of the List of the Countries-Users of the scheme of preferences in the Russian Federation and the List of the Goods imported to the Territory of the Russian Federation, on which the Regime of Preferences does not apply to (The Russian Federation’s Legislation Code, 1994, # 21, p.2400; 1999, # 6, p.851) and supplemented with the RF Government’s Decree of 13 December 1996 No1095: On Participation of the Russian Federation in the Post-Conflict Reconstruction at the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia.
2. The present Decree comes into force from 1April 2003
